1. INTRODUCTION These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and MT OLYMPUS AS ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your use of the mt-olympus.xyz website and the "MT OLYMPUS" mobile application (the "Service").

3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE (NO REAL MONEY GAMING)
The "MT OLYMPUS" application is a casual strategy and RPG game intended solely for entertainment.
- Free-to-Play: The Service is entirely free to play.
- No Gambling: We do not offer real money gambling, betting, or any opportunity to win real money.
- Virtual Economy: Any in-game currencies (such as gold or XP), rewards, and items are purely virtual. They possess no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, sold, or exchanged for cash or physical goods.
4. PRIVACY AND LOCAL STORAGE
Your privacy is our priority. The App is designed to function as an offline experience.
- No Personal Data Collection: We do not require account registration and do not collect personal information (such as emails, phone numbers, or addresses).
- Local Data: All game progress, achievements, and settings are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App or clearing your device cache will result in the permanent loss of this data.
5. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. Minors must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All visual assets, game mechanics, text, and source code within the Service are the exclusive property of MT OLYMPUS AS. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to play the game for personal use.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MT OLYMPUS AS shall not be liable for any data loss, device issues, or indirect damages arising from your use of the App.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
